Time for a tirade.....
So today we had to turn in our process paper for English. We were supposed to pick a process, and then explain it. Then the rest of the class judges between you and your groups' papers, and decides which they like the best. I spent all night putting this presentation together about fractals, and it didn't get picked once. Not a big deal, I am just mad that I will get a crappy grade because the rest of the class isn't interested in what I am. I don't think it was an exercise at all in technical writing. It seemed like it was just an exercise in competition. I still don't see a real purpose to it. I wish we could have done something productive that actually would help me improve my writing skills. Anyhow that is how life goes. Have a nice life!

Multiplication
You would be surprised how hard it is to create a fast circuit to multiply two numbers together. Even creating a real fast full adder is difficult. I think is simply amazing how people worked out these algorithms, and were able to implement these circuits. We just designed a multiplier that uses a Rom to look up numbers squared. It was kind of fun to build a rom from the hardware perspective. Anyhow I hope I am not the only one who visits my blog. hahahahaha.

It is late for me
Well I am tired, but I wanted to tell all that I (hopefully) successfully implemented my remove function on my Binary Search Tree. It took awhile, and I am still learning c++, but on and on we go. Well I am going to bed. Good night to myself.

Chaos or Order?
Did you see the cool Fractal. I think the chaos theory is really interesting. I love the idea of taking a bunch of seemingly random points, and having them create a beautiful image full of order. Anyhow I wonder what it all means.........

Big Companies
I just went to an info session about Hewlett Packard, and what kind of things they do. I am amazed how huge companies can function on such a large scale level. Their presentations always seem so abstract and visionary. To make it work you really need people who actually create and do things. Although they talk abstractly I am sure they look for those people who can actually turn their ideas in products that they can sell. Anyhow I better get back to my program. Anybody know how to implement a linked list?
Dad's pun of the day!
"That's a terrible cough you've got. Consumption be done about it?"
These are the greatest.

Football Fiasco
Well unfortunately the Patriots won the superbowl. They do have a pretty good team, but I was rooting for Philly the entire time, mostly because they have a lot of x-byu players and coaches. Oh well, I think life will go on. I didn't watch the whole thing however. Elder Russel M. Nelson came a gave a fireside at the Marriot center, so we had the privilege to see that. It was inspiring.
A first attempt
Here is my attemp to joing the blogging community. Life is pretty good. I am going to try to prepare dinner right now, so I will blog later.
